Why this role is on the menu Eversight, part of Instacart, is building next-generation data insights and analytics platforms that help leading CPGs & Retailers make smarter, faster decisions across pricing, promotions, retail media, and omni-commerce. We're hiring a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to build and run end-to-end revenue operations across our Commercial organization (Sales and Customer Success), spanning both CPG and Retail. This is a build-and-own role, not a request-response one: you'll identify what the business needs before it's escalated to you, bring a recommendation, and drive it to completion. You'll report directly to the Director of Sales Capabilities & Strategy, with broad latitude to design process, own reporting, and act as a trusted partner to commercial leadership across Eversight Sales, Customer Success, and Product, along with cross functional partners like Strategic Finance, Commercial Partnerships and Brand Partnerships.
