Remote Workers' Compensation Consultant (Ontario)

Crawford Group is seeking a licensed paralegal to join our Workers’ Compensation team remotely in Ontario. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of Ontario workers’ compensation programs, claims management, return-to-work strategies, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities include managing end-to-end claims, filing new claims on time, reviewing entitlement decisions, and collaborating with employers, employees, and case managers to develop effective return-to-work and cost-control
