Join Saudi Aramco as a Lead Portfolio Manager in Saudi Arabia, focusing on capital stewardship and governance within investment portfolios. This role requires full relocation and offers a permanent full time position.
You’ll be integral to the Portfolio Management Department, acting as a shareholder representative across investments. Your key function is to ensure value realization and governance across diverse portfolio companies, implementing strategic initiatives that support organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Continuously assess portfolio company performance
- Recommend strategic realignment based on risk evaluation
- Implement structured Value Creation Plans after investments
- Establish and monitor financial and operational targets
- Lead value realization reviews and monitor budgets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- At least 10 years’ experience in Private Equity or related sectors
- Knowledge of Middle Eastern markets is advantageous
- Must be willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia
- An advanced degree is preferred
