Lead facilities strategy for Corner Collection’s hotels, restaurants, and offices in Montreal, applying preventive maintenance and technical systems expertise.Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, you will oversee maintenance across a multi-site portfolio. You will establish priorities, standardize practices, coordinate budgets, and advise real estate project leadership. The position requires building systems knowledge, vendor management, and project oversight.Key Responsibilities:
Structure preventive maintenance, inspections, scheduling, and service-request trackingAssess property conditions and prioritize repairs or replacementsGuide Maintenance Managers and establish consistent portfolio standardsOversee assigned projects from assessment through construction follow-upCoordinate vendors, tenants, compliance, and emergency responsesRequirements:
At least 10 years in maintenance, operations, or facilities managementFive years managing, supervising, or developing teamsKnowledge of mechanical systems, specialized equipment, and preventive maintenanceExperience with budgets, vendors, and construction or maintenance projectsProfessional proficiency in French and English preferredApply your facilities leadership, building systems expertise, and project management skills across Corner Collection’s diverse Montreal portfolio.
