Infrastructure Facilities Manager Victoria
Babcock Canada Inc.
Lead infrastructure reliability and site services for Babcock in Victoria, British Columbia, supporting the Esquimalt Graving Dock Submarine Compound.As Site Manager, you will oversee facilities, infrastructure, utilities, assets, and operational services. The work includes lifecycle management, maintenance, compliance, emergency preparedness, and capital planning. You will also guide contractors, stakeholders, budgets, and site teams.Key Responsibilities:
Represent Babcock across non-production compound operationsExecute facilities, infrastructure, and asset management strategiesOversee maintenance, utilities, environmental services, and emergency preparednessManage buildings, roads, utilities, security systems, and site assetsLead infrastructure renewal, improvement, and expansion projectsRequirements:
Relevant degree, diploma, professional qualification, or equivalent experience12-15 years of progressive leadership experienceFacilities, infrastructure, asset management, or industrial operations experienceExperience managing budgets, contractors, and capital planningEligibility for Secret Clearance, Controlled Goods, and ITAR requirementsBring facilities leadership, infrastructure management, and operational planning expertise to Babcock’s Victoria site services team.
