La personne titulaire du poste jouera un rôle clé au sein d’une petite équipe dynamique, où chaque appel contribue réellement à faire la différence. Elle sera responsable de prendre contact avec les clients, d’établir des échanges authentiques, de bien comprendre leurs besoins et d’identifier des opportunités d’affaires.

<\/li> - Repérer et développer de nouvelles opportunités de vente. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Effectuer des recherches préalables avant les appels afin d’assurer des échanges pertinents et efficaces. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Identifier les besoins réels des clients, au -delà de la demande initiale. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Assurer la mise à jour et l’organisation des informations clients dans le système interne. <\/span><\/span>
