Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain the ITSM Governance Model
- Conduct process and governance analyses for improvement
- Collaborate with platform and development teams
- Engage in community outreach and stakeholder initiatives
- Ensure alignment with compliance and operational controls
- Solid experience in IT Service Management disciplines
- Knowledge of ITIL frameworks is an asset
- Experience in software development or operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Fluency in English; Spanish language is a plus
