Who We're Looking For:
- Competitive individuals who enjoy sales and customer interaction
- People motivated by performance, goals, and earning potential
- Strong communicators who build trust and relationships easily
- Self-starters who consistently follow up and create opportunities
- 1+ year of experience in automotive sales, commission sales, retail, hospitality, telecommunications, fitness, recruiting, or another customer-facing role
- Valid BC Class 5 Driver's License with a clean abstract
- VSA License or the ability to obtain one
Schedule: Full-Time
Compensation: $80,000-$150,000+ per year (Commission Based)
What You'll Do:
- Guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process from first contact to delivery
- Build your pipeline through prospecting, referrals, follow-up, and repeat business
- Respond to leads and convert appointments into sales opportunities
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Learn vehicle features, financing options, and manufacturer programs
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience that earns repeat and referral business
