About the Role:
As a Remote Insurance Benefits Specialist , you’ll be the first point of contact for families seeking life insurance coverage. No prior insurance experience is required—we provide comprehensive training to set you up for success!
Key Responsibilities:
- Help families navigate their benefit options and determine eligibility.
- Build strong client relationships through engaging phone and Zoom conversations.
- Present and explain our life insurance products, guiding clients to make informed decisions.
- Assist clients with completing insurance applications and working with underwriters.
- Stay updated with our ongoing training and career development programs to ensure your professional growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- Must have or be willing to obtain an HLLQP license.
- Strong communication and customer service skills with a desire to help others.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Tech-savvy: comfortable with computers, phones, and Zoom video calls.
- Access to a computer, cell phone with unlimited long-distance, and reliable Wi-Fi.
