• Be a Subject Matter Expert: Analyze coverage, identify exposures, recommend coverage options, process policy changes and renewals, manage inquiries, and adhere to underwriting guidelines and agency standards.
• Be a Meticulous Record Keeper: Use of Epic to maintain account documentation, ensuring accurate and timely servicing and billing of accounts.
• Be an Insurance Professional: Build and maintain strong customer and insurer relationships, delivering exceptional service at all times.
• Be a Lifelong Learner: Stay informed on industry updates, trends, product information, changes to legislation, and new technology. Your expertise will make a difference.
• Pay Attention to Details: As a consultant, you'll identify coverage gaps, seek appropriate solutions, and draft expert submissions.

What it takes:

• Level 2 Alberta Insurance License is required, level 1 with experience will be considered if local at our Edmonton branch.
• You have ample commercial insurance experience and a proven track record of success.
