Are you a Solution Architect with experience designing, developing, and planning governance for various operational CRMs as well as the Salesforce suite of support tools and technological solutions? Our Alberta-based Financial client is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect for a 7 month contract.

Pay Rate: $87-103/hr INC but negotiable

Responsibilities
The Role:
● Architectural Design: Lead the design of robust, scalable architectures including home-grown solutions, configuration and customization in Salesforce and Salesforce adjacent platforms, and integration to various systems in and out of the company landscape.
● Project Support: Be a go-to resource to support the project management and product delivery teams to ensure project goals are clear, technical requirements are defined, risks are identified, and relevant parties are present.

● Technical Leadership: Act as the subject matter expert for Salesforce implementation and integration best practices. Act as a bridge between data and security teams, software engineers, and product stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business goals.
● Strategic Vision: Align the long term goals of the various business units, technical roadmaps, and the enterprise. Ensure these are reasoned, captured and reflected in deliverables.
● Module & Tool Selection: Evaluate and recommend tools and platforms that may best serve the multiple CRM needs and initiatives in house and in future.
● Define the Architectural Practice: Create and exercise new and existing standards, patterns, and best practices for the architecture group to follow.
● Educating: Ensure that experiences are shared across the broader architecture and engineering groups to strengthen our knowledge and create more consistency and efficiency.

Qualifications
Desired skills:
● Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering or equivalent.
● Extensive experience in Salesforce solution architecture, with preference on candidates with experience with Salesforce system(s) integration, data handling, configuration, development and deployment, utilities and add-ons, and projects and operations.
● Solid working experience with the Salesforce Core, Data Cloud Data 360, and AgentForce components.
● Experience with API integrations, security best practices, data migration and syncing, and middleware.
● Familiarity with Google Suite of products, including Google Cloud Platform would be a benefit.
● Systems thinking; ability to understand a solution in the broader context of services delivery, long term visions, and business capabilities.
● Deep understanding of business operations, functions, objectives and strategies in the financial services or related sectors.
