Duties & Responsibilities
- Evaluating the quality of calls against pre-established criteria
- Providing feedback to representatives
- Assisting in initiatives for continuous improvement

Required Skills- Previous experience in customer service quality initiatives
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Bilingual English/French is an asset but not a requirement
