At GeoComply, we are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Counsel to manage complex, revenue-generating agreements. With over 8 years of experience, you will collaborate with go-to-market teams and mentor junior counsel. This role combines legal expertise with business acumen to support our rapid global expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the lifecycle of complex commercial agreements
• Negotiate with internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate on product and market legal strategies
• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts
• Monitor emerging tech legal implications for compliance
Requirements:
• Law degree with in-house qualification in North America
• 8+ years in top-tier law firms or in-house
• Proven ability to lead complex negotiations
• Expertise in contracts, privacy, and emerging tech
• Track record of improving legal processes and mentoring
