With a strong local presence and top-tier talent, we deliver high-quality services as we help our customers bring their resources to our world.As an IT Business Analyst, you will be embedded within FLINT’s business operations, working across multiple business units to understand processes, identify pain points, and translate stakeholder needs into technology-enabled solutions. This role goes beyond traditional business analysis—you will actively contribute to solution design and delivery using AI tools, rapid prototyping, and low-code platforms.
