Order Processing Assistant
Full-time
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Order Processing Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will help ensure customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently while providing excellent support throughout the order fulfilment process.
What You'll DoProcess and review customer orders with accuracy.
Update order information and maintain records.
Respond to order-related inquiries and provide timely updates.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Assist in resolving order discrepancies and customer concerns.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Basic computer and data entry proficiency.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Previous administrative, customer service, or order processing experience is an asset but not required.
Full-time remote position.
