Role Summary
The Transformation Process Manager is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the organization’s policy governance framework, ensuring that all enterprise policies are consistently managed, communicated, and aligned with business objectives. This role partners with cross-functional leaders to identify policy needs, drive process improvements, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements. In addition, the Transformation Process Manager will be accountable for the ongoing development and maintenance of processes in transformation projects. During the sustainment phases, they ensure that process improvements are embedded, regularly reviewed, and refined to support long-term business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Process Establishment & Governance
- Define, design, and standardize enterprise policies and procedures that align with the organization’s business strategy and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to create, maintain, and manage change for enterprise-wide policies.
- Oversee enterprise policies related to designated processes, including regular updates, obtaining necessary approvals, communicating changes, and ensuring effective governance.
- Administer the policy and process ecosystem to establish a comprehensive, user-friendly, and sustainable framework.
- Develop process governance protocols, controls, and documentation standards.
- Promote consistent adoption of enterprise procedures throughout the organization.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Identify and address process risks and deficiencies proactively.
- Uphold compliance with applicable regulatory obligations.
Transformation Project Process Development
- Lead the development and design of future-state processes for transformation initiatives, translating business objectives, operating model changes, and solution requirements into clear, scalable process designs.
- Serve as the OneMDA single point owner for processes involving multiple functional or business stakeholders, aligning requirements, resolving cross-functional decisions, and driving enterprise process standardization.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure end-to-end process integrity across systems, handoffs, controls, and operating models throughout design, build, testing, and deployment.
Post-Go-Live Sustainment
- Act as the OneMDA single point owner for cross-functional process issues, improvement opportunities, and enhancement requests during the sustainment phase.
- Maintain adherence to OneMDA enterprise processes and standards by monitoring execution, reinforcing expected ways of working, and addressing emerging variation.
- Lead process optimization and continuous improvement efforts in a way that preserves enterprise design intent, standardization, compliance, and end-to-end process integrity.
- Align business and functional stakeholders to sustain enterprise process consistency and prevent local optimization or process drift after project delivery.
- Govern post-go-live process changes to ensure continuous improvement occurs through controlled, enterprise-aligned evolution rather than fragmented local change.
Required Experience & Skills
- 5–10 years in process management or business transformation
- Expertise in process design and business process management
- Experience with enterprise transformation programs (ERP, PLM, Data)
- Strong stakeholder alignment across business
- Experience in post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement
- Analytical skills with KPI design
- Experience in regulated environments preferred
Special Considerations
Successful candidates must obtain and hold security clearance at the Reliability status level, and pass security assessment for the Controlled Goods Program (CGP), and be able to obtain higher clearances.

The compensation range for this position is $125,000 - $140,000 annually. The specific compensation offered will be based on the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.

Résumé du poste
Le gestionnaire du processus de transformation est chargé de superviser et d’améliorer le cadre de gouvernance des politiques de l’entreprise, en veillant à ce que toutes les politiques d’entreprise soient gérées de manière cohérente, communiquées et alignées sur les objectifs commerciaux. Ce poste nécessite de collaborer avec des responsables de différents services afin d’identifier les besoins en matière de politiques, de piloter l’amélioration des processus et de garantir la conformité aux exigences réglementaires. De plus, le gestionnaire du processus de transformation sera responsable du développement et de la maintenance continus des processus dans le cadre des projets de transformation. Au cours des phases de maintien, il veille à ce que les améliorations apportées aux processus soient intégrées, régulièrement réévaluées et affinées afin de soutenir la stratégie commerciale à long terme.
Principales responsabilités
Gouvernance des politiques d’entreprise
- Assurer la gestion du cadre de gouvernance des politiques d’entreprise, y compris les normes, les rôles, les pouvoirs décisionnels et les contrôles qui garantissent une gestion cohérente des politiques à l’échelle de l’entreprise.
- Diriger la mise à jour des politiques d’entreprise et des procédures connexes, en veillant à ce que leur contenu soit à jour, approuvé, communiqué et révisé selon une fréquence définie.
- Identifier les lacunes dans le paysage des politiques et collaborer avec les responsables opérationnels et fonctionnels afin de hiérarchiser l’élaboration, la consolidation, la suppression ou la révision des politiques.
- Évaluer les besoins en matière de politiques d’entreprise à l’échelle des différents services et régions, en déterminant les domaines où des politiques globales sont nécessaires et ceux où des politiques locales ou spécifiques à un marché doivent être maintenues.
- Gérer l’écosystème des politiques d’entreprise, notamment les processus de gouvernance, les modèles, les normes de documentation et les référentiels qui garantissent la facilité d’utilisation, la transparence et le contrôle.
- Favoriser une interprétation et une adoption cohérentes des politiques d’entreprise en assurant la coordination des intervenants, en clarifiant les exigences et en soutenant la mise en œuvre dans tous les secteurs d’activité.
- Identifier de manière proactive les risques, les chevauchements et les lacunes liés aux politiques, et recommander des mesures correctives afin de renforcer l’environnement de contrôle global.
- Veiller à ce que les politiques de l’entreprise soient conformes aux exigences réglementaires, légales et internes applicables, tout en soutenant les objectifs commerciaux et la cohérence opérationnelle.
Développement des processus dans le cadre des projets de transformation
- Diriger le développement et la conception des processus d’état futur pour les initiatives de transformation, en traduisant les objectifs commerciaux, les changements de modèle opérationnel et les exigences des solutions en conceptions de processus claires et évolutives.
- Agir à titre de responsable unique 1MDA pour les processus faisant intervenir plusieurs intervenants fonctionnels ou opérationnels, en harmonisant les exigences, en tranchant les décisions interfonctionnelles et en pilotant la standardisation des processus d’entreprise.
- Coordonner les intervenants interfonctionnels afin de garantir l’intégrité de bout en bout des processus à travers les systèmes, les transferts, les contrôles et les modèles opérationnels tout au long de la conception, de la construction, des tests et du déploiement.
Maintenance post-mise en service
- Agir à titre de responsable unique 1MDA pour les problèmes de processus interfonctionnels, les possibilités d’amélioration et les demandes d’optimisation pendant la phase de maintenance.
- Veiller au respect des processus et des normes d’entreprise 1MDA en surveillant leur exécution, en renforçant les méthodes de travail attendues et en traitant les écarts qui apparaissent.
- Diriger les efforts d’optimisation des processus et d’amélioration continue de manière à préserver l’intention de conception de l’entreprise, la standardisation, la conformité et l’intégrité des processus de bout en bout.
- Aligner les intervenants opérationnels et fonctionnels afin de maintenir la cohérence des processus d’entreprise et d’éviter l’optimisation locale ou la dérive des processus après la livraison du projet.
- Gérer les changements de processus après la mise en service afin de garantir une amélioration continue par le biais d’une évolution contrôlée et alignée sur l’entreprise, plutôt que par des changements locaux fragmentés.
Expérience et compétences requises
- 5 à 10 ans d’expérience dans la gestion des processus ou la transformation d’entreprise
- Expertise en conception de processus et en gestion des processus opérationnels
- Expérience dans le domaine des programmes de transformation d’entreprise (ERP, PLM, données)
- Capacité à assurer une bonne coordination entre les intervenants à tous les niveaux de l’entreprise
- Expérience dans la stabilisation post-mise en service et l’amélioration continue
- Capacités d’analyse et de conception d’indicateurs de rendement clés (IRC)
- Une expérience dans des environnements réglementés est un atout
Commentaires/Considérations particulières
Les candidats retenus doivent obtenir et détenir une autorisation de sécurité au niveau de la cote de fiabilité, et réussir l’évaluation de sécurité pour le Programme des marchandises contrôlées (PMC) et ITAR.
