Job Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the local retail branch

• Mentor and grow your core team

• Work closely with the vibrant Roofmart Sales Team to provide world class support and build strong, long-term relationships with existing customers as well as assist in the development of new customers

• Grow new business and expand market share by providing solutions to the needs of current and future contractors, homeowners and customers by converting them away from competitor products

Qualifications

• College Diploma or bachelor’s degree (in Business/Sales/Marketing preferred) and/or 5 or more years of successful warehouse/retail management, sales experience

• Valid driver’s license

• Knowledge of the roofing industry would be considered an asset

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong problem solver with the ability to handle difficult situations

• Authorized to work in Canada

• Ability to travel

Salary range: $75-85K/year
