Job Title: Medical Office Administrator
Job Type: Temporary Ongoing
Hours/Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm
We are seeking a Medical Office Administrator to help our client at their busy clinic. Successful candidates will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with patients and medical staff. General administrative and filing duties as needed.
Answer telephones, take messages and provide general information to the public.
Open and distribute mail, correspondence, and other materials to staff.
Typing up basic correspondence, entering data, and printing letters, labels, reports, and/or other material
Copy documents and prepare and transmit facsimiles for the unit.
Order, stock, and distribute office medical supplies.
Run various routine errands, as required, for the clinic.
Perform specialized clerical/administrative and other miscellaneous services as required.
Medical office diploma or certificate.
Requires 6 months to 1 year of medical office experience.
Strong word processing and/or data entry skills
Medical Pain Management clinic: dress code is business casual.
