Janitorial Site Administrator

Location: Esterhazy, SK

Term: Full-Time Maternity Leave Term

Start Date: July 22nd, 2024

Reporting to Topa Janitorial Superintendent - This role will include but not limited to:

The successful candidate will:

• Be proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Be professional and confidential
• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Be highly organized with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Is self-motivated with the ability to multitask, work independently, prioritize and plan workloads effectively
• Have a willingness and ability to learn new methods and systems
• Proven ability to demonstrate time management and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Processing of time sheets
• Generating LEM's
• Tracking budgets and generating reports
• Generating Quotes
• Reporting safety hours
• Recording supply orders
• Other administration duties as assigned
