As an Underground Production Coordinator, you will serve as the operational right hand to continuous-shift production supervisors, managing on-site logistics, field planning, and digital workflow systems directly in the mine. • Compensation:Highly competitive hourly rate ranging from CAD  60.00 to 75.00/hr (commensurate with industry experience and operational capabilities, with higher earning potential for candidates possessing underground supervisory qualifications).

• Location & Work Model:On-site full-time underground position based near Esterhazy, Saskatchewan.

• Work Schedule:Exceptional 5-5-4 continuous rotation (12-hour shifts; alternating 5 days on / 5 days off / 4 days on / 4 days off), giving you half of every month off while maintaining full-time compensation.

• Housing Support:Company-provided housing options (shared double-wide trailer/apartment units in the Esterhazy area) available for incoming personnel.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Execute underground field-coordination tasks for four continuous production crews, serving as the primary digital and logistical support engine for underground supervisors.

• Manage field computer workflows using SAP to lookup, source, stage, and run essential mechanical parts and consumables directly across active mine faces.

• Oversee crew time-tracking and administrative workflows in Kronos, conducting field auditing and timetable verification prior to supervisor sign-off.

• Verify equipment availability, staging, and logistics to build practical, actionable daily work plans that maximize active field time for production teams.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

• Applied experience in heavy industry, mining, refining, or industrial maintenance environments (underground mining experience is a strong asset).

• Technical proficiency with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) or Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) such as SAP or Maximo, alongside functional computer skills.

• Hands-on background in field planning, shop coordination, parts routing, or crew administration—ability to function as an adaptable, solution-oriented "jack-of-all-trades."

• Candidates holding 3+ years of underground mining experience or an active underground supervisor ticket will receive specialized consideration for advanced responsibilities.
