- Direct branch operations and ensure financial success
- Foster new and existing customer relationships
- Handle sales, customer resolution, and deliveries
- Oversee inventory management, budgeting, and reporting
- Recruit and train staff to promote a culture of safety
- Business diploma or related field qualification
- 5-8 years of experience in sales or customer service
- At least 3 years in a managerial role
- Knowledgeable in mechanical distribution products
- Strong skills in business development and technology
