Lead operations at our Mirabel branch as a Branch Manager. This vital role requires expertise in team leadership and performance management in both French and English. As a Branch Manager, you will oversee crucial operations for a branch team of about 15 employees. Your responsibilities include enhancing customer service and ensuring effective warehouse and inventory operations. Candidates must possess over 10 years of experience in distribution or branch management to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop branch employees effectively
- Oversee daily operations and warehouse distribution
- Ensure a safe, effective, and customer‑centric atmosphere
- Track performance metrics, budgets, and profitability
- Build solid relationships with customers and partners
- At least 10 years in leadership within branch operations
- Experience with financial and operational management
- Solid problem‑solving capabilities
- Expertise in Lean Operations or Six Sigma preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English required
