Senior Partnerships Strategist at Plusgrade

Drive strategic partnership growth at Plusgrade as a Senior Partnerships Strategist. This role focuses on maximizing opportunities with airlines and hospitality partners while integrating cutting-edge AI solutions. In this permanent role, you'll own partner growth strategies for high-profile accounts such as Southwest and IHG. Collaborating closely with various cross-functional teams, you'll identify expansion opportunities and develop long-term commercial plans that can be executed smoothly. Key Responsibilities:
- Own overall strategy for targeted partner accounts
- Coordinate with teams to create impactful commercial plans
- Spot upsell opportunities using analytical tools
- Streamline workflows with AI-driven tools for account management
- Facilitate QBRs and high-level discussions with partners
- Strong experience in consultative partner management
- Analytical proficiency in tracking revenue and pipelines
- Capability to employ AI tools in partner engagement
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
