Bombardier Contracts Manager Opportunity Winnipeg

Join Bombardier in Dorval, QC as a Contracts Manager specializing in Traditional Accounts. Drive successful contract execution and provide key legal and commercial support. In this role, you will lead all contractual activities from delivery objectives to contract closeout. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to uphold rigorous contract compliance while delighting customers.
Key Responsibilities Manage aircraft purchase agreements and contract close-out
Draft and negotiate various contracts and amendments
Anticipate risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
Liaise with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Risk Management
Provide insight into complex contractual matters
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Law or Commerce
Five years of contract negotiation and management experience
Solid leadership and interpersonal skills
High proficiency in MS Office applications
Bilingual in French and English
