Account Manager for Viasat's Canadian Government Clients

Viasat

Lead telecommunications relationships as an Account Manager at Viasat, based in Ottawa, Canada. Focus on fostering growth within Canadian Government contracts and strategic partnerships. Act as Contract Account Representative for Shared Services Canada
Develop strategic customer engagement and opportunity plans
Track and manage technical refresh and service delivery activities
Engage with stakeholders to elevate Viasat’s profile
Report on account metrics and service performance

Requirements:

Five years of experience in government telecommunications support
Minimum three years working with satellite communications
Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent expertise
Fully bilingual in English and French
Capable of liaising with government procurement officials
