- Write, review, and edit legal content and materials

- Monitor legal trends in Capital Markets and M&A

- Recommend strategies for content and product development
- J.D./LL.B. and active bar membership in Canada
- 3+ years in Capital Markets and Public M&A law
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Familiarity with AI and LLM tools in legal workflows
