Claims Manager for Diverse Portfolios

- Investigate and adjust third-party liability claims efficiently
- Set and monitor claim reserves throughout the lifecycle
- Manage documentation and timely resolution of claims
- Oversee litigation processes and coordinate with external legal counsel
- Mentor and support a junior Claims Adjuster in daily operations
- 5+ years of liability claims adjusting experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of relevant laws and contracts
- Effective communicator, comfortable with direct resolutions
- Independent thinker evaluating claims on a case-by-case basis
- Relevant post-secondary education and pursuit of CIP designation
