Application Analyst for Attractions

This role, under the Senior Applications Manager – Attractions, involves analyzing business requirements and designing software solutions for multiple attraction platforms like Flyover and Banff Gondola. You will implement applications, conduct testing, and support users in maximizing their productivity while ensuring compliance with best practices. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements with stakeholders for software design
- Implement and configure applications based on user needs
- Develop and execute test plans for software functionality
- Troubleshoot issues during testing and provide ongoing support
- Create documentation and user manuals to facilitate knowledge sharing
- Bachelor’s in computer science or related field
- Experience in application analysis or IT support roles
- Familiarity with Ventrata platform preferred
- Proficiency in programming languages and development tools
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
