Senior Partner Sales Enablement Consultant

Drive partner seller readiness at Kinaxis with instructional design and facilitation expertise in a remote Canada, UK, or US position. Build practical enablement for complex B2B technology selling.
As a Senior Partner Sales Enablement Consultant, you will translate business priorities into scalable onboarding, accreditation, and continuous learning. The work supports partner-led, reseller, alliance, indirect, and co-selling motions. You will assess needs, design programs, coordinate contributors, and deliver learning that improves selling activity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create role-based partner onboarding, readiness, and accreditation experiences
- Design enablement for value messaging, discovery, and qualification
- Lead workshops, practice, and reinforcement for launches and events
- Improve governance and accessibility of partner-facing resources
- Use feedback and data to improve program effectiveness
Requirements:
- 8+ years in partner, channel, sales, or revenue enablement
- Senior ownership experience in B2B technology settings
- Strong instructional design and facilitation skills
- Experience with partner-led or co-selling motions
- Program management, communication, and influencing skills
