About the Opportunity
Our client is a growing construction organization delivering commercial, institutional, and industrial projects across Ontario. They are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to lead on-site operations and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Compensation
- $90,000–$110,000 CAD, based on experience
- Approximately 44 hours per week
- Travel required; occasional out-of-town work and overnight stays may be necessary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily site operations from project start-up through completion
- Coordinate trades, subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel
- Monitor project schedules, quality, productivity, and safety performance
- Ensure work aligns with drawings, specifications, and applicable building codes
- Conduct site meetings and maintain project documentation and daily reports
- Coordinate materials, site logistics, and workforce planning
- Foster strong relationships with project teams, clients, and subcontractors
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent or similar construction leadership role
- Strong knowledge of commercial, institutional, or industrial construction
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for project assignments
Certifications (Preferred)
- Working at Heights
- WHMIS
- First Aid/CPR
- MOL 4-Step Training
