Job Title: Customer Experience Coordinator

Shift Timing: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm, in-office

Salary: $60,000/year + Bonuses

Location: Winston Park Drive & Dundas Street, Oakville

We are seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to join our client's team in Oakville. This position plays an important role in supporting our customers, sales and service teams, suppliers, and accounting functions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and professional customer service by phone, email, and in person
• Process sales, service, purchase orders, quotes, and invoices accurately using Sage 100 ERP
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams regarding orders and delivery updates
• Prepare pick sheets, shipping documents, and other order paperwork
• Assist with inventory tracking and ensure orders and documentation are accurate
• Support accounts receivable and accounts payable, including cash receipts, invoices, and payment follow-ups
• Maintain organized records and ensure company procedures and timelines are followed
• Provide backup support to other team members and assist with general administrative tasks as needed
• Learn and develop knowledge of the company's products, services, and processes
