AGT Soileos Saskatchewan is looking for 2 Process Operators.
The Process Operator will be responsible for the manufacturing and handling of raw materials and/or finished products at the new AGT Soileos production facility north of Rosetown. These are Full time positions and will involve rotational shifts in a continuous operation facility and overtime may be required. Core Responsibilities/Essential Functions: Actively promote a safe and efficient work environment consistent with good manufacturing practices.Operate equipment and provide ongoing monitoring, troubleshooting and adjustment of the AGT Soileos production process.
Obtain product samples and perform QC testing in accordance with established SOPs.
Execute sanitation and cleaning of process equipment and general cleaning of work areas to contribute to a safe working environment
Perform any other duties as required. Work Environment:
Lifting 25 kg bags
Ascending and descending stairs at multi story height to perform work tasks
Combination of sitting, standing, walking
Repetitive tasks
Standing for extended periods
Dusty, hot, noisy conditions may occur simultaneously at times Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to work in Canada.
Ability to operate machinery if required, including forklift. Additional training will be provided as needed to successful candidates.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and identify opportunities for improvement.
Ability to manage a number of tasks in a complex manufacturing plant environment, including strong conceptual, problem solving and communication skills. AGT Soileos Saskatchewan values and supports employment equity in the workplace.
