Scrum Master for Payments Innovation

Lead Agile initiatives in payments technology as a Scrum Master at Scotiabank. Facilitate team progress and enhance service delivery through proven Agile methodologies. Your primary responsibility will be to guide Scrum practices, enhancing team collaboration and productivity while ensuring compliance with regulations. Drive effective delivery of payment solutions through your leadership and commitment to Agile principles. Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate Agile ceremonies, ensuring stakeholder engagement
Coach teams on Scrum practices for better outcomes
Resolve impediments impacting team performance
Work closely with Product Owners for effective backlog management
Monitor and communicate team performance metrics

Requirements:

3+ years as a Scrum Master in Agile projects
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Required certification: Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps
Strong communication and influence skills
