Your potential.Steel Mazda St. John's is seeking a Service Video Advisor to join our team!As a Service Video Advisor with Steele Mazda St. John's, your primary responsibilities will include creating and presenting video assessments of vehicle service needs to our customers. You will effectively communicate repair recommendations and build trust with clients. If you are a detail-oriented, customer-focused individual with a strong understanding of automotive service, this role provides an opportunity to excel and contribute to customer satisfaction and service department success.Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited ToPrecise video documentation of repairs on client vehiclesProper explanation of the technicians’ vehicle prognosis on videoEfficient and prompt upload of video to the clientCleanliness of service departmentService department support when and where requiredOrganization of internal estimates of pre-owned vehiclesOrganization of new and used vehicle deliveriesCreation of internal work orders for new vehicle stockCollaboration with customer facing service advisorsRequirementsBe comfortable explaining service processes on camera (voice only)Be prompt, punctual and detailed orientatedAbility to work with minimal supervision.Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract.
