Store Technical Service Representative

You’ll love it here! We are hiring immediately for a store technical service representative, which we call an in-store service agent. In this role, you will provide technical support to customers by understanding their needs and creating solutions.

What you’ll do as a store technical service representative:
Create an amazing customer experience
Assist customers with computer setup, diagnostics, and repairs
Share your passion for tech and your product knowledge
What we’re looking for
Enthusiasm to support and assist our customers
6+ months’ experience in a similar role
Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment
A commitment to maintaining a safe and fun working environment
