Banquet Service Captain Supervisor

Coordinate service preparation with strong communication and leadership. This Supervisor role manages restaurant service details, supports staff, and protects guest satisfaction.
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the Supervisor assists with daily operations and leads team members during service. Responsibilities include anticipating guest volume, managing dining room preparations, communicating with the kitchen, and participating in inventory management. The Supervisor also acts as person in charge when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan service for anticipated guest volume
- Check dining room setups before service
- Supervise and support team members
- Coordinate ongoing kitchen communication
- Participate in inventory management activities
Requirements:
- Two to three years of similar experience
- Restaurant management training is an asset
- Leadership and excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated approach with strong initiative
- Flexible availability and Microsoft Office proficiency
