Cook 1 - Banquet Ritz Carlton

The Banquet department provides high-end catering service for special events such as weddings, corporate events, and meetings.

Your main responsibilities as Cook 1 will be:

To plan, prepare, and deliver quality service in all food production areas.

To ensure that work areas and equipment are clean and sanitary.

To prepare amenity orders for Room Service.

To assist the chef de partie with preparations.

To execute attractive plating while adhering to requirements.

All other related tasks.

Skills and Requirements:                   

Must have obtained a culinary diploma.

Have a successful track record of two (2) years in a restaurant.

Be available at night.

Understand the requirements of a five-diamond hotel service standard.

Be able to manage stress and adapt.

Be self-driven, responsible, and efficient.

Possess a hygiene and sanitation certificate, an asset.

Be able to reproduce a perfectly seasoned recipe.
