Senior UX Researcher in Bing Ecosystem

Elevate user experiences as a Senior UX Researcher for Bing. Conduct vital research to decode customer needs and behaviors, shaping the future of product interactions. Sitting within the Coherence and Framework team, this role demands keen expertise in quantitative research methods. You will analyze A/B test results, lead telemetry studies, and craft compelling narratives that inform product roadmaps. Collaboration across teams is essential to ensure that insights translate into impactful designs and decisions. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and analyze quantitative UX research projects
- Transform complex datasets into actionable insights
- Formulate presentations that communicate key findings
- Work with cross-functional teams to guide design decisions
- Support scalable experimentation across the Bing platform
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required
- 5–7 years of quantitative UX research experience
- Proficient in analysis of experimental data and user feedback
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in rapidly evolving contexts
