Responsibilities Contribute to defining and/or define the scope necessary to achieve client goals and objectives
Contribute to estimates of and/or estimate the work effort, time and resources required to deliver the defined scope
Help customers align their business with Oracle's leading industry processes
Contribute to the project plan and provide regular updates
Partner with clients to design and create prototypes on Oracle Cloud (understanding and communicating options and decision rationale)
Configure, document and test Oracle Cloud solutions, recording appropriate Oracle service requests and working them to closure
Identify risks, evaluate options, and recommend and execute the remediations to avoid project roadblocks
Coach and lead client and ArcLight project resources to complete their tasks with quality
Establish personal brand by meeting or exceeding commitments for schedule and quality
Continuously improve ArcLight’s delivery model and assets to provide the most value to customers while increasing project delivery efficiency
Grow skills to encompass a broader understanding of Oracle Cloud, and the sales and delivery processes
Deepen knowledge and skills in software industry trends, our customer’s industry, and the latest Oracle modules and features
Achieve and maintain Oracle Cloud implementation certifications
Qualifications Required Bachelor’s and/or post‑graduate degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field, or its equivalent
6+ years of implementation experience with Oracle EPM solutions and 4+ years of implementation experience with Planning and Budgeting
Experience with Oracle PBCS/EPBCS modules: financials, workforce, capital projects
Experience integrating Oracle EPM Cloud with Oracle Cloud Financials and HCM modules
Working knowledge of FP&A, financial close, and/or planning/forecasting business processes
Project management experience planning implementation activities for Oracle Cloud solutions
Functional experience implementing Oracle EPM Cloud with direct customer interactions. Hands‑on activities you performed included facilitating design workshops, configuring Oracle Cloud following Oracle best practices, identifying application gaps, providing, and evaluating recommendations to address gaps, completing functional designs, providing Oracle Cloud process guidance and training, and test plans and execution
Provides overall implementation support with presenting complex ideas in a clear and concise manner, bug fixes, customer support. Communicate process and application trade‑offs and recommendations for specific customer requirements and user stories
Wants to work in a creative problem‑solving environment with an attention to detail
Able to effectively work in a remote model with customers and peers
Preferred Oracle Certifications in EPM modules
Experience with Oracle EPM Reports and/or Narrative Reporting
Experience with Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), Account Reconciliation (ARCS), Enterprise Data Management (EDMCS), and Profitability and Cost Management (PCMCS) a plus
Work Workplace & Travel Remote‑first position for Canada‑based candidates
Ability to travel up to 25% for client in‑office needs
Compensation & Benefits Compensation will vary depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
Canada: Compensation for this position ranges between CAD $137,000–$240,000
Annual incentive compensation potential of up to 20%, paid in quarterly installments.
