Bilingual Customer Care Representative Remote
CEI Fleet Collision and Safety
Make a difference in client experiences as a Bilingual Customer Care Representative at Element in Canada. Provide exceptional support in both French and English while resolving fleet inquiries. As a valued team member at Element Fleet Management, you will assist clients and drivers across various fleet services. This remote role requires responding to inquiries through phone, chat, and email in a clear and empathetic manner. Your ability to listen and accurately resolve issues is essential to creating positive client experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve inquiries via phone, chat, and email in both languages
- Address first-level web support and service requests
- Clarify customer needs and offer suitable solutions
- Aim for first-contact resolution to enhance user experience
- Collaborate with colleagues and meet service targets
- Bilingual in French and English, with strong communication skills
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities
