Seo And Geo Content Specialist

McKinsey

Drive McKinsey insights through SEO and generative engine optimization from a North American office, using keyword research and analytics.As an SEO and GEO Specialist, you will support McKinsey’s global search and discovery strategy. You will optimize articles, guide editors, and improve content visibility across traditional and AI-powered search channels. Your work will span technical SEO, generative search, reporting, and editorial collaboration.Key Responsibilities:
Perform keyword research and recommend titles and meta descriptionsOptimize images, video, and strategic internal linkingConduct quarterly technical SEO audits and diagnose indexation issuesDesign GEO strategies for LLM and generative search experiencesBuild dashboards and report organic discovery performanceRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience requiredSeven or more years of professional SEO experienceKnowledge of algorithms, ranking factors, and technical SEO practicesProficiency with Google Search Console, Adobe Analytics, and SEMrushUnderstanding of GEO, AI search, and AI agent workflowsApply SEO, GEO, analytics, and editorial collaboration expertise to expand McKinsey’s readership and discovery.
