Optimize Sun Life’s website experience through content discoverability, SEO/GEO, accessibility, and measurable digital marketing initiatives in a hybrid environment.As a Specialist, Global Digital Channels, you will help manage Sun Life’s corporate websites and digital properties. The one-year contract focuses on content operations, digital experience optimization, and emerging AI-powered experiences. You will collaborate with Marketing, CX, UX, Technology, Data, Compliance, and global stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:
Manage content intake, publishing workflows, page updates, and quality assuranceSupport search, tools, and user experiences across corporate digital propertiesMonitor SEO/GEO initiatives improving corporate content discoverabilityEnsure AI-powered experiences align with governance, privacy, accessibility, and brand standardsMaintain documentation, processes, and governance supporting efficient onboardingRequirements:
Three to five years’ digital experience management or related experienceExperience consulting stakeholders and delivering digital solutions within timelinesStrong knowledge of digital channels, UX, accessibility, and experience optimizationWorking knowledge of CMS templates, metadata, tagging, redirects, and accessibility checksExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple work streamsApply website management, content operations, SEO/GEO, and accessibility knowledge to improve Sun Life’s corporate digital experiences.
