Additionally, your role will involve utilizing Contact Builder and Mobile Connect for effective data management and generating insightful analytics reports. Key Responsibilities:
• Craft automated email campaigns with Automation Studio
• Design multi-step journeys using Journey Builder
• Map contact information for effective targeting
• Prepare post-deployment analytics reports
• Analyze data to solve technical issues Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Robust background in HTML, CSS, and AMPScript
• Ability to formulate complex SQL queries
• Exceptional troubleshooting and analysis skills
