The Global Wealth Engineering Technology Team seeks an energetic and results-oriented Senior Developer to build our API platform for wealth customers. Responsibilities

Lead technical decisioning for scrum teams, collaborating with solutions architects and other technical leads. Develop coding standards and testing approaches. Mentor and coach developers to foster continuous improvement. Delegate work and assignments to team members; collaborate with delivery lead to plan milestones, execute software delivery, and raise issues as needed. Design and develop microservices based on cloud solutions such as Microsoft Azure and Google GCP. Analyze highly complex business requirements and generate technical specifications to design or redesign complex software components and applications. Leverage industry best practices to design, test, implement and support solutions. Assure quality, security and compliance requirements are met for the supported area. Demonstrate adaptability and thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment. Perform performance analysis and tuning. Provide production support for maintained applications. Drive architectural decisions and ensure alignment with enterprise standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical strategy and roadmap. Ensure code quality through code reviews and best practices. Define and drive the technical vision and strategy across multiple teams. Must Have Skills

Experience building scalable, enterprise-level technology stacks with Java (8+ years of web service development, including 2+ years in Java 17+). Proficiency in JAX-WS, JAX-RS, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Data and Swagger/OAS (Open API Specification). 5+ years working with cloud-based microservices (Azure, PCF or GCP). 5+ years experience with Java frameworks: Spring, JUnit, Log4j. 5+ years experience with JSON/RESTful, XML, and SOAP services. 5+ years database development with stored procedures using SQL (Azure SQL, Sybase, or MS SQL). Hands‑on experience in Cloud Microservice and Microapp development. Experience with application monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk or equivalents. Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps. Practical experience designing and developing microservices using modern practices: Domain‑Driven Design, event‑driven architectures, reactive programming, and distributed caching. Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with Continuous Development or Continuous Integration. Knowledge of distributed system design patterns (distributed configuration, service discovery, routing, service‑to‑service calls, circuit breakers). Development experience in JavaScript (ES6+), React/Redux, ExpressJS, Jest/Mocha. Knowledge of Apache Confluence, Kafka, Kafka topics, brokers, stream processing, and event streaming platforms. Experience in batch process development/support using shell script in Unix/Linux. Benefits
