Office/Safety Administrative Assistant

S&T PROPERTY MAINTENANCE LTD


S & T Property Maintenance Ltd. is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated Office & Safety Administrator to support our growing operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a combination of office administration, data management, customer service, and workplace safety coordination.

As a key member of our team, you will help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office while supporting our health and safety program and maintaining compliance documentation.

Responsibilities
Office Administration
Perform data entry and maintain accurate company records
Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and correspondence
Assist with scheduling crews, meetings, and appointments
Maintain employee files and training records
Order and manage office supplies

Safety Administration:
Maintain and update safety manuals, policies, and procedures
Track employee certifications, training, and renewals
Coordinate and schedule safety training programs
Complete and maintain COR and safety compliance documentation
Assist with incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions
Conduct safety orientations for new employees
Manage safety meeting records and documentation
Support site inspections, audits, and regulatory compliance requirements

Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence Preferred
Knowledge of Saskatchewan workplace safety regulations
Experience with COR, SECOR, or other safety management systems
Experience in construction, landscaping
