Feature Lead: Platform Architecture & AI Innovation

Bank of America is seeking a senior technology leader to own the GMT Canada platform's architecture, roadmap, and strategy. The role blends hands-on design, code reviews, and complex problem solving with strategic leadership across business and technology teams.
The candidate will modernize platforms, reduce technical debt, foster AI-enabled development, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards while guiding delivery and PI Planning in an in-office Canada hub.
