Canadian Immunology Commercialization Manager

Shape Canadian Immunology commercialization for Regeneron’s pediatric launch from Toronto, using cross-functional marketing, compliance, and project management expertise.
This Manager role is a fixed-term, 12-month contract supporting a significant pediatric immunology launch. You will work with sales, medical, marketing, alliance, and global teams. The assignment focuses on launch readiness and field enablement before key milestones conclude the project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate go-to-market execution across commercial and global partners
- Design and deliver launch-specific sales training programs
- Develop objection-handling content for field readiness
- Own launch updates during national POA meetings
- Report milestone progress and escalate launch risks
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent experience considered
- Seven or more years in pharmaceutical or biotech marketing
- Experience delivering launch-specific sales training content
- Understanding of PAAB and Innovative Medicines Canada guidelines
- Willingness to travel approximately 10–15% for activities
