Iam Engineering Director Automation Focus Winnipeg

Enhance enterprise security as the IAM Engineering Director focused on automation and incubating current platforms within Identity and Access Management. This leadership role is critical for ensuring expedited and reliable IAM delivery.
In this role, you will develop engineering strategies for shared automation and enablement across the IAM landscape. Your leadership will ensure adherence to architectural standards while establishing effective collaboration among IAM teams to usher in recent capabilities. You are responsible for building a culture of excellence and fostering development within a diverse engineering team.
Key Responsibilities Own the engineering roadmap for shared IAM initiatives
Champion developer experience across IAM teams
Lead automation practices for IAM tools and services
Build reference patterns and reusable components
Ensure compliance with enterprise architectural standards
Requirements 10+ years in software/platform engineering
Experience leading teams in IAM or security areas
Expertise in GitOps, Terraform, and CI/CD practices
Familiarity with regulatory requirements for identity platforms
Demonstrated capability in team mentorship and talent development
