Senior Payment Manager at Super.com
Super.com
Lead the payments strategy at Super.com as a Senior Manager, focusing on high-value transactions and subscriptions. Oversee dynamic routing and product roadmaps for optimal payment experiences. In this senior individual contributor role, you will manage the payments mission-aligned team, driving the execution of our roadmap priorities. Collaborate with engineering and product leaders to enhance transaction efficiency while reducing declines and churn. You will also ensure that both one-time and recurring billing models perform at their best. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive payments product roadmap with strategic direction
- Write precise PRDs and business requirements for engineering
- Lead payments team and prioritize roadmap execution
- Manage delivery timelines and remove project blockers
- Serve as payments subject matter expert for company-wide decisions
- 7+ years working with advanced payments technologies
- Knowledge of one-time and recurring billing mechanics
- Proven history of leading global payments initiatives
- Strong product management and requirements writing skills
- Ability to communicate complex payment issues to executives
