- Advise the Chief Administrative Officer on policies and objectives
- Analyze options and recommend actions for service delivery
- Collaborate on infrastructure asset management strategies
- Oversee procurement and contract management processes
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks
- 8-10 years of senior-level leadership experience
- Degree in urban, regional, or land-use planning
- P.Eng. designation or CET accreditation preferred
- PMP certification is an asset
- Strong financial planning and project management skills
